As a key member of our on-site team, you will develop and support manufacturing processes, research customer specifications, and collaborate with shopfloor personnel to troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues.
The Job:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing manufacturing processes for new products and updating existing processes
- Researching customer specifications and new processes
- Troubleshooting shop floor processes, tools, and equipment
- Designing tooling for new and improving existing processes
- Interacting with customers, operators, sales reps, and vendors
- Evaluating data and product specifications to determine feasibility of product proposals
- Creating presentations for projects
- Performing root cause analysis on MRB data using Excel
- Applying Lean principles to develop more efficient processes and procedures
The Person:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of engineering experience. You should have working knowledge of CAD software, experience with surface processing, heat treat, and familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards. Proficiency in Excel, including tables, graphs, and filters, is also required.
