Adecco is seeking a seasoned Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Los Angeles area. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a multinational Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Food industry company as they embark on a growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic partnerships and supply chain support. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results
- Providing HR expertise to the supply chain organization, including talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
- Analyzing data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a Masters degree preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish language skills is highly valued. Experience working in a manufacturing company supporting a supply chain department is essential.
Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.
