Position Summary:

As the Children's Ministry Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Willow Kids Central Team in its mission to empower and resource the various Willow Kids Campus Teams. Your expertise in organization and process management will be essential in establishing and maintaining systems that enhance the Central Team's efficiency. This role will also involve developing support mechanisms for critical operational areas such as Safety, Budget Management, Communication, and Event Coordination for the Willow Kids Campus Teams.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $47,000 to $64,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative workflow, production, and resource allocation managed by the Willow Kids Central Team across all campuses, establishing structures, systems, and timelines for all Central projects, including weekend programming.
  • Supervise the execution of tasks for the WK Central Team by regularly updating operational necessities such as budget management, safety protocols, protection processes, staff handbooks, and other relevant documents.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Willow Kids Central Team and the campuses, as well as with other support ministries, to ensure clarity in processes and effectiveness in weekend execution.
  • Represent Willow Kids on strategic teams for special initiatives, including Compassion & Justice, Impact Weekends, and Outreach Projects.
  • Assist campuses in executing special events by coordinating communication, providing guidance, fostering resourcefulness, and ensuring desired quality and outcomes.
