Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at QSAC, Inc.

The salary for this position is $78,000-$85,000 annually.

This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties at a professional level. Under the direction of senior leadership, the successful candidate will manage HR services by carrying out responsibilities focused on core functional areas, including benefits and leave administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing annual Benefits Open Enrollment, handling employee relations issues, managing employee leave of absence programs, overseeing all unemployment claims/responses, auditing HRIS system data, and report writing.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant Federal and State employment laws, including labor law, FMLA, PFL, NYS Non-Occupational Disability, Workers Compensation regulations, and ADA.
  • Experience with UKG and PayPro Time and Attendance systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft/Google spreadsheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, meticulous organization skills, and ability to handle challenging priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel.

This full-time position is located at our main office in Manhattan and may require some travel to various programs in surrounding counties.
