Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, addressing concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain key staff members.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
