Position Details:
This role is based in New York City (hybrid) and is classified as exempt. The Crunch Marketing team is in search of a skilled HubSpot specialist who will act as the primary resource for the Marketing team and other internal partners. The focus of this position is to enhance HubSpot functionality and maximize the effectiveness of the Enterprise HubSpot platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HubSpot projects and system operations at Crunch.
  • Design, execute, and refine marketing initiatives utilizing HubSpot tools.
  • Configure and enhance the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to meet business requirements.
  • Leverage HubSpot and Google Analytics to generate regular performance and ROI reports, sharing insights and best practices across various markets.
  • Oversee HubSpot effectiveness for diverse audiences and establish testing frameworks for ongoing optimization of engagement metrics.
  • Manage corporate email campaigns for company-owned locations.
  • Ensure that workflows, landing pages, and templates are appropriately designed for their intended purposes.
  • Act as the primary resource for internal users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and developing process documentation.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within the platform.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on email campaigns and landing page performance.
  • Resolve ongoing issues within HubSpot and serve as a liaison for external partners working with the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub); familiarity with Sales Hub is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and report creation and analysis is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities with a collaborative approach to knowledge sharing.
  • Technical proficiency combined with marketing insight in campaign execution and effectiveness.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
