Job Summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing medical equipment to our customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up medical equipment from customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Educate and engage customers on the features and functionality of the equipment
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
