Murfreesboro Embassy Suites. We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for checking them in and out, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Check guests in and out
Answer guest questions and resolve issues
Maintain the front desk area
Answer phones and respond to emails

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
