Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Frontline Team Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our members through the self-checkout experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on member satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area, as well as providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to members.
  • Support members through the self-checkout experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Keep the sales floor and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise as needed.
  • Promote the company's products and services to members.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
