Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Content Governance: Establish and maintain content governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across all content assets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, digital experience, and design, to ensure content aligns with business objectives and channel best practices.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and manage content creation processes, including concept development, production, and distribution across various channels.
  • Analytics and Performance Measurement: Partner with analytics resources to test content types, creative approaches, and demonstrate the value of content marketing.
  • Thought Leadership: Share knowledge and best practices with team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in content strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of content strategy and/or marketing campaign experience in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience developing content and materials from concept through production for in-channel delivery, with a heavy concentration on digital storytelling and asset creation.
  • Solid understanding of brand standards and application, as well as experience working with and managing agency and external vendor partners.
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented with demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and influence within a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, including developing relationships with internal and external partners and leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
