OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Castle Pines Family Practice and Sports Medicine. As a member of our network, you will be part of a physician-led group of skilled Primary and Urgent care providers who are committed to expanding access to quality healthcare in the most effective and affordable manner possible.

Our "Circle of Care" has one primary goal: to ensure the health and wellness of members and their families. We do this by providing access to a comprehensive menu of medical services from one unified physician group in their neighborhoods.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for both direct patient care and for other administrative duties as designated by the Medical Director and his/her designee and in accordance with the nursing practice act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine
  • Monitor and mentor the other staff technicians to ensure continual performance improvements
  • Meet all clinical obligations of the Health Centers medical practice

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner studies or physician assistant studies and licensed through the State of Colorado
  • Board Certification for specialty
  • Strong computer skills required. Athena EMR experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support card
  • 2 years' experience in primary care practice required

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
