Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians by reviewing and optimizing routes
  • Answering incoming phone calls from existing customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Entering ticket information into the computer system correctly
  • Creating dispatch numbers for all parts ordered and following up on part orders
  • Scheduling appointments for part installation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of dispatching experience in a high-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to plan and schedule work rather than just react
  • Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software
