About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to creating a world-class retail experience for our customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and provide expert advice to customers
- Create a welcoming and inclusive retail environment that encourages customers to engage with our products
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to showcase our products in an attractive and appealing way
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- A passion for wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in retail or a related field is desirable but not essential
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for career development and progression. We offer a competitive salary of $17 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.
