Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of quality technicians in inspecting and testing manufacturing processes and products.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to direct completion and investigation of non-conforming product.
- Monitor production processing via random QA audits.
- Conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques.
- Conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings.
- Assist with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results.
- Ensure incoming materials are in compliance with required specifications.
- Ensure outgoing products are in compliance with required specifications.
- Ensure production personnel are following proper procedures for ongoing production checks.
- Assist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and work instructions.
- Audit and maintain compliance to required quality management system standards.
- Provide management with detailed quality reports as required.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical degree required.
- At least 1 year of Quality Assurance experience required.
