The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. A proven background in solving product/manufacturing defects and implementing corrective action is essential. Additionally, experience in communicating with a global vendor network and authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis are required.



The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year, based on the job description and location. Benefits include salary + bonus, healthcare, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid parental leave, 401(k) with company match, basic life insurance, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), paid time off (PTO), and paid charitable leave.



As a Quality Assurance Specialist - Product Innovation, you will be responsible for aiding in the development of communication standard processes with suppliers, ensuring suppliers implement defect prevention systems, and continuing to meet quality standards and adhere to processes. You will also supervise supplier performance key performance indicators, manage reviews and audits against supplier QMS, and proactively work on the identification and/or prevention of supplier quality issues.



The skills required for this role include quality management systems, statistical quality analysis, product quality standards and compliance, and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
