Job Summary

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving requests from associates and vendors, and providing the technical support and customer service needed to solve requests. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve issues and provide a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and customer service to associates and vendors via phone, email, and in-person

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery

Develop and maintain knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

1+ year of experience in a technical support role

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
