Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist at Alerio Technology Group, you will provide daily technical assistance to Faculty, Staff, and Students in a K-12 campus environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for Faculty, Staff, and Students
- Assisting with Google Classroom tools, Chromebooks, Windows, and Mac-based lab and student devices
- Supporting projectors, smartboards, and education-based applications
- Reporting to one or more campuses 5 days a week
This is an excellent opportunity for advancement to roles on other campuses pending skills and opportunity.
