Your Work Environment

As a student in our dual study program, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be part of a team that is committed to people and society, and you will have the chance to apply your knowledge directly in the internship trimesters.

Our study program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive education in labor market management and counseling. You will learn how to combine scientific knowledge and methods from economics, social sciences, and law to develop effective solutions for labor market challenges.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. During your studies, you will alternate between on-campus trimesters and internship trimesters, each lasting four months.
  2. You will have the opportunity to choose a study focus in the third on-campus trimester to deepen your skills.
  3. You will work in local offices (employment agency or job center) during the internship trimesters, applying the theory you acquire at our university.
