Executive Culinary Manager

J Gilbert's is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our upscale fine dining kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through a commitment to excellence and a hands-on management style. Your expertise will be essential in managing back of house staff, including training, development, and follow-up. You will also be responsible for achieving budgeted labor and cost centers through proper planning and execution. Additionally, you will oversee weekly and monthly inventories, ordering of food and supplies, and maintain sanitation procedures and organization of the work area in accordance with OSHA regulations. If you have at least 5 years of culinary management experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale fine dining establishment, and possess strong knowledge and attention to detail on back of the house operations, we encourage you to apply. Your strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills will be essential in this role. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $78,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
