About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute special events and promotions
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability
Requirements
  • 3+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving solid financial results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
