We are excited to announce the addition of a new Outpatient Pediatric Speech Development Expert to our team at the Cleveland Clinic. As a dedicated speech-language pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.
  • Work closely with medical staff, family members, and educators to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech and language development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida and ASHA certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
