About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist Pediatrics Specialist to join our team at the Cleveland Clinic. As a specialist in pediatric speech and language development, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families to help them overcome a range of challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat children with speech and language disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, family members, and educators to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida and ASHA certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and strong knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
