Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the regulations of the State of Michigan. Your role will involve applying critical thinking through the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will uphold professional performance standards, including ethical practice, culturally competent care, effective communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality assurance, resource management, and environmental health. Your goal will be to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within five years.
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months.
- Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within one year.
- Completion of Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within one year.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 180 days.
Work Schedule
This position involves full-time employment with a flexible night shift schedule, requiring variable days and every third weekend.
