Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for pediatric patients and their families
