Responsibilities

  • Support key outputs (e.g., Plan Book, Financial LRP process)
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to identify linkages and assemble key inputs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field and MBA
  • 7-10 years of experience in Pharma R&D business processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) matching.
