We're seeking an experienced Strategic Renewal Portfolio Manager to lead our complex renewal efforts for high-value accounts. As an integral part of our team, you will engage with senior C-level stakeholders, manage intricate contract negotiations, and develop tailored renewal strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive renewal plans for high-stakes accounts, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Strategically oversee our enterprise-level renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and addressing bottlenecks using CRM tools like SFDC.
  • C-Level Engagement: Lead high-level communication with C-suite executives, resolving complex concerns and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Renewal Management: Handle multi-year agreements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance across CRM systems.
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify strategic growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers for seamless execution.
