Collins Family & Elder Law Group is a prominent elder law firm operating in NC and SC with multiple offices. We are seeking an experienced elder law attorney to join our team in the Fort Mill office. The successful candidate will handle various tasks related to estate planning, trust administration, and elder law.

The ideal candidate should possess at least five years of experience in elder law, with a focus on estate planning, Medicaid planning, and long-term care benefits. You should also be knowledgeable about litigation experience in guardianship and estate litigation cases. A CELA certification is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000+ DOE plus bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, vision, and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and bonus opportunities.
