Job Description

The Trust Company of Tennessee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Administrator to join our team.

This role involves coordinating property maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and tracking bill payments for our unique assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor unique assets mailbox for incoming bills and track payments in Salentica.
  • Manage maintenance and service requests on trust-owned properties.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services such as real estate transactions and repairs.
  • Assist with onboarding new unique assets, including reviewing risk analysis reports and value data.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • One to three years as an office or administrative professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
