About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct real estate closings, including residential and commercial transactions.
  • Meet with clients at various locations to complete closing processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for closing appointments and review closing documents with clients.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of closing documents.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar (active and in good standing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with schedules and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
