About Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with qualified leads, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with clients and set appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and successful outcomes
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proven track record of success in appointment setting and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
