The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program execution for our portfolio of CRAD programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programs supporting multiple technical areas, requiring an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, perform Quality Assurance, and communicate with customers to address changes and challenges.
  • Interact with internal and external senior-level executives and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, contracts, and strategies.
  • Monitor and control team efficiency and operations, provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and implement solutions to problems, lead monthly Program Reviews as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated management skills on strategic and small cost-constrained programs.
  • Effectively manage projects of medium complexity and provide guidance.
  • Broad understanding of business, project markets, customers, and strategic priorities.
  • Experience building relationships and negotiating outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the wider PM environment and developments in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Practical understanding of product development and the DoD product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across product lines, business areas, and the customer community.
