Office Administrator

The HR & Office Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of ConcreteWorks East by providing expert guidance on human resources and office management. This position requires a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a New Jersey-based company
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive work environment.
