Job Description:

Job Summary:

Austin Community College is seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Developer to join our team. As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data warehouse infrastructure to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Warehouse Development: Design and implement data warehouse infrastructure to optimize data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Business Intelligence: Conceive and implement business intelligence platform architecture to support data-driven decision making.
  • ETL Processes: Design and implement ETL procedures to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality and integrity by verifying and validating data.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data warehouse solutions.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain data warehouse performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data warehouse infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in data warehouse development, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data warehouse development tools, business intelligence software, and data analysis techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Standard office environment with occasional travel to Austin area.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Salary Range: $85,239 - $106,548
