In response to increasing demand and the need to support our clientele, we are expanding our Customer Support team. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, acquiring and sharing comprehensive knowledge of our services, and fostering ongoing business relationships on behalf of PLP Albuquerque. Entry-Level Customer Support Representatives will have the chance to collaborate closely with senior management and experienced trainers to receive extensive training across all departments. As a vital member of our Customer Support team, you will play a key role in enhancing brand recognition as the trusted representative of our organization, paving the way for future career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations to homeowners, property managers, and business owners regarding the advantages of our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Evaluate customer needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our services, including methods, safety protocols, and environmental considerations, to effectively educate and inform potential customers.
