Position Title: Association Services Client Service Representative II
- Deliver outstanding service experiences to both external clients and internal departments.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Guide and mentor junior team members while professionally managing client concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client data and adhere to the authentication protocols established by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a substantial volume of service requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide assistance to Relationship Sales Managers and the management team.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of various applications to effectively respond to client inquiries.
- Serve as a mentor and escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years in client service and operational roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Bilingual capabilities
- Strong data entry skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with banking operations
