We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Business Manager in our Greer/Greenville market.

This position involves leading and nurturing a team of dedicated recruiters who are committed to making a significant impact in underserved communities. You and your team will serve as a driving force for growth, connecting clients with job seekers and enhancing opportunities for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations and cultivate a team that fosters sustainable growth, aiming to establish a profitable and mature branch that positively influences lives.
  • Steer both revenue and profit growth as a Business Leader, focusing on Business Leadership, Sales Leadership, Operational Leadership, and Team Leadership. This includes expanding market share with existing clients and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with client needs, ensuring compliance with job-specific requirements.
  • Foster a workplace culture that embodies our core values of integrity, innovation, service, and performance through the recruitment and development of high-performing team members.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their staffing requirements and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with legal and industry standards, maintaining organized records for candidates and clients, including conducting necessary background checks.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership capacity, ideally within the staffing or service sectors.
  • A proven history of success in B2B sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.
  • A solid understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertinent to the staffing industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A readiness to adapt to evolving market conditions and client demands.
