Job Summary

Alleguard is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
  • Diagnose mechanical problems and determine root cause for equipment failure or degradation.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
  • Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Maintenance support in manufacturing/production environment.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for the education requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager or Plant manager.
  • Must have valid PIT (Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift certificate/license) upon hire or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Physical Demands: Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
