  • Oversee all branch operations and cultivate a team that fosters sustainable growth, establishing a profitable and mature branch that positively influences lives.
  • Drive both revenue and profitability as a Business Leader, accountable for Business Leadership, Sales Leadership, Operational Leadership, and Team Leadership. This includes expanding market share with existing clients, personal sales contributions, and/or supporting a sales initiative.

  • Has a strong grasp of the light industrial sector, encompassing manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Is knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations pertinent to the staffing industry.
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Shows adaptability to evolving market conditions and client demands.
