Job Title: Senior Multifamily Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multifamily Property Manager to lead our team to successful financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and a willingness to dig in and directly manage team members on leasing efforts, collection efforts, vendor payables, and unit turnover status.

The Senior Multifamily Property Manager will exemplify excellent business judgement, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee the property and their office and maintenance team members.

In return, you will be joining a growing, vertically integrated management firm who is supported by our corporate management staff, including direct connection to Regional Manager and associated support parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
  • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
  • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets, and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
  • Coordinate and manage all facets of resident move-in and move-outs, including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
Qualifications:
  • Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
  • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
Compensation:$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
