Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Beacon Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations of the site, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor site management programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and train property management staff, including property managers, assistant property managers, and maintenance supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, including financial reports, occupancy reports, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, real estate, or public administration.
  • At least three years of experience in property management, with a focus on multifamily housing.
  • Strong knowledge of housing management, budgeting, and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
