Job Title: Multifamily Property Manager

As a Multifamily Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily communities. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the property are maintained to a high standard, providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, and driving revenue through effective marketing and leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the property, including maintenance, capital improvements, and lease administration.
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to drive revenue.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel.
  • Manage the property budget and finances, including forecasting, reporting, and expense control.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily.
  • 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business, real estate, or a related field.
  • Real Estate License preferred.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular travel required to visit properties and attend meetings.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, ascend and descend staircases, and travel outside in varying weather conditions.
