Biohazard Remediation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our team of biohazard remediation professionals in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively assist our team in various bioremediation projects to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service.
Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in. Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call. Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field. Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment. Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation. XActimate experience. Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation or construction. Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued. Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software. Relevant backgrounds that have found success at Aftermath Services are: EMT, Mortuary Affairs, Nursing, CNA, Restoration, Mitigation, Remediation, Asbestos Abatement, Construction, Pest Control. Military personnel encouraged to apply.
