Primary Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a Family Practice Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients
- Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory infections
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related field
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
