As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a team-based model, collaborating with other physicians to care for a panel of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to faculty, staff, and patients in a team-based model
- Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives
- Collaborate with other physicians to care for a panel of patients
- Meet the requirements of a primary care physician, including board eligibility or certification in internal medicine
Requirements:
- MD or equivalent degree
- Completion of residency program and board certification in internal medicine
- Kentucky Medical License
