Job Title: Barback

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team at Truly LA. As a Barback, you will provide essential support to our Tap Room staff, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide relief to bar staff by bussing tables and removing trash from all areas of the Tap Room
* Remove dirty glassware from the bar and ensure all glasses are properly cycled through the dishwasher to maintain a constant supply of clean glassware
* Change kegs and replenish inventory as needed throughout the Tap Room
* Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasurable environment on the Tap Room floor during operating hours
* Coordinate with Bar and Security staff to identify potential risks, including safety issues, visibly intoxicated guests, and any violations of our Conditional Use Permit

**What We're Looking For:**

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous barback or bartending experience preferred
