Job Summary:

The Barback is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Restaurant environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of bartenders and guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Legends' high standards of quality and safety.
• Report to work on time, prepared to start at the designated shift, and familiar with the work area and procedures.
• Adhere to the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual, ensuring prompt and quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Must have two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.

Compensation:

Part-Time $17.75/hr
