Job Summary
Sports Bar and Cocktail Lounge in Silver Lake looking to hire three part-time bussers/barbacks for our busy sports season. These are tipped positions. Must be available for some or all of the following shifts:
Monday 5pm-10:30pm
Tuesday 5pm-10:30pm
Thursday 5pm-10:30pm
Friday 5pm-3am
Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm, 5pm-3am
Sunday 8:30am-5:50pm, 5pm-10:30pm 

Some of these shifts will be VERY BUSY. Applicants must be able to handle big rushes.
Responsibilities
  • bus glasses, dishes, and maintain general bar and floor cleanliness throughout shift
  • wash and restock glassware for bartender
  • assist bartender with duties such as fruit cutting, changing kegs, and stocking
  • run food, condiments, and silverware from kitchen to tables
  • polish and prepare washed silverware 
  • take out trash as needed
  • maintain restroom cleanliness and supply stocking throughout shift
  • sweep/mop floors and assist bartenders with bar cleaning on closing shifts
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Fluent English
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate
