Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Courtyard Manchester is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
