Job Title: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy at our hotel. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • College coursework in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software is required.
