Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy at our hotel. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend weekly business review meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- College coursework in a related field is an asset.
- Experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software is required.
