Position Responsibilities

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Adherence to all legal and performance standards, including relevant codes and documentation.
  • Commitment to clarity and precision in architectural documentation.
  • Thorough review and feedback on team members' work.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 15-20 years of experience in residential and commercial design.
  • Licensure as a professional architect in California.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • Revit (BIM)
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Project
  • Bluebeam Revu for document management
